Heather Travis Boone

Ms. Boone brings 25 years of comprehensive legal experience representing both public and private sector clients across a broad spectrum of complex transactions and regulatory matters. Her practice encompasses public financing transactions, commercial transactions and contract negotiations, acquisition and sale transactions, real estate and land use matters, leasing, construction and asset-based financing, commercial loan workouts, and restructuring of non-performing loans. She also has extensive experience in civil litigation and regulatory compliance, including securities law, audits and examinations, investigations, and enforcement actions.

Ms. Boone’s experience includes legal and compliance responsibilities for a governmental financing authority and fourteen years as in-house counsel for a national banking institution.  Ms. Boone began her career practicing business and commercial litigation at a prominent Texas law firm, representing both Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. Heather’s depth of experience, strategic insight, and commitment to excellence make her a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes. Heather is a native of Los Alamos.
