Aaron J. Wolf

Mr. Wolf was appointed First Judicial District Defender in 1986 and supervised the trial division until 1988, the same year he joined the practice at Cuddy & McCarthy, LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wolf served as Assistant Attorney General in the Attorney General’s Office and in the New Mexico Human Services Department. He then joined the New Mexico Public Defender Department, First Judicial District Public Defender, in the trial division, where he tried numerous felonies, misdemeanors and children’s court cases. Since joining the firm, he has established a family law practice, as well as representing government entities in civil litigation. He is a recipient of the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer Rated Attorney Award.
