Sandra J. Brinck

Ms. Brinck is a Partner at Cuddy & McCarthy, LLP and a former shareholder at White, Koch, Kelly & McCarthy, PA which she joined in 1989. Prior to moving to Santa Fe in 1989, she practiced law in Denver, Colorado and served as Trust Officer and Assistant Vice President at the former Colorado National Bank in Denver. Ms. Brinck is licensed in New Mexico and Colorado. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, New Mexico Probate Code and Uniform Trust Code matters, and estate and gift tax matters.
