Julie A. Wittenberger

Julie joined Cuddy & McCarthy as a partner in January 2009, when The Cuddy Firm merged with White, Koch, Kelly & McCarthy, P.A. Julie started her practice as a family law attorney in 1996, first as an associate and then as a shareholder at White, Koch, Kelly & McCarthy, P.A. She has practiced exclusively family law with these combined firms for 29 years. Julie has been the Firm’s Managing Partner since October 2023.

Julie was part of a select group of New Mexico attorneys to be recognized as a Certified Specialist in Family Law by the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization, from 2001-2019, when the New Mexico Supreme Court terminated the program.  To qualify as a Certified Specialist, attorneys needed to have substantial years of experience, devote a significant amount of their practice to family law, and demonstrate good character and reputation in New Mexico’s legal community by peer and judicial review.
