Sarah S. Stinnett

Sarah S. Stinnett is a paralegal at Cuddy & McCarthy, LLP in Albuquerque, where she currently assists Elizabeth A. Heaphy and Scott E. Turner.

Sarah began working in the legal field in 2005 in the very busy and hectic criminal defense environment. In 2013 she moved to the non-profit world, helping New Mexicans gain financial empowerment and helping to curb predatory lending. Missing the legal world she would resurface in 2020 working for a personal injury and workers’ compensation attorney. In 2023 Sarah joined a larger firm dealing primarily in insurance defense. Luckily, Sarah was hired in early 2025 by Cuddy & McCarthy where her work focuses primarily on employment law, litigation, and collections.
