Rebecca Dempsey
Ms. Dempsey served as law clerk for the Honorable Howard C. Bratton, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico from 1981 to 1984. From 1984 to 1993 she practiced law with the firm of Carpenter, Crout & Olmstead. From 1993 to 1997 she was a Special Assistant Attorney General with the New Mexico Office of the State Engineer, representing the State Engineer and Interstate Stream Commission in federal and state courts and regulatory proceedings. She represents clients regularly before the New Mexico Office of the State Engineer and the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission.
